Who makes these products?
Frostline is the brand and manufacturer. Every cylinder is sold under the Frostline name. We do not list other brands.
How many products do you sell?
Five. The shop is the complete collection: R32, R410A, R134a, R1234yf and oxygen-free nitrogen.
Do I need an F-gas certificate?
HFC refrigerants are sold to F-gas qualified engineers only. Stripe Checkout asks for your F-gas certificate number before payment.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
No. Delivery is UK-only. Cylinders travel as dangerous goods under our UK Cylinder Delivery service.
How much is delivery?
UK Cylinder Delivery is £12.95 per order. Dispatch is 1–2 working days; transit is typically 2–4 working days. That figure is the same in checkout and in our Merchant Center feed.
When do you start handling an order?
Orders placed before 14:00 UK (Europe/London) on a working day start handling that day.
How do I pay?
Stripe Checkout is the only payment method. We do not take WhatsApp, PayPal or “message to buy” orders.
What are my cancellation rights?
New, unopened cylinders only. Slightly used or opened cylinders cannot be returned except if faulty. You have 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus our own 30-day window for new, sealed cylinders. See Returns.
