Shipping & delivery

Frostline delivers to the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to EU, US or other international addresses. Checkout will only collect a GB shipping address. Cylinders are compressed gas and travel under a dangerous-goods (ADR) procedure with our courier.

Cost

UK Cylinder Delivery: £12.95 per order, added once at checkout regardless of how many of the five products you buy. There is no free-shipping threshold. This £12.95 figure is the same value used in Stripe Checkout and in the Google Merchant Center product feed at /feed/products.xml.

Times

Handling (dispatch): 1–2 working days after we receive your order on a working day. Transit: typically 2–4 working days within the UK once dispatched. Combined, most orders arrive 3–6 working days after purchase.

Cut-off: orders placed before 14:00 UK (Europe/London) on a working day start their handling time that day. Later orders start the next working day.

Orders are sold and shipped by Frostline, 6 Simonburn Ave, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 9UA, United Kingdom. You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe after payment.
