These terms apply to purchases from Frostline, 6 Simonburn Ave, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 9UA, United Kingdom, email trade@frostline.co.uk. By placing an order you offer to buy the listed Frostline product(s) at the GBP price shown, plus the UK delivery charge stated on the shipping policy.

The contract

A contract forms when we take payment via Stripe Checkout and confirm the order. We sell only to UK delivery addresses. Products are new, branded Frostline, and sold by us — not by a third-party marketplace seller. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

F-gas and trade supply

HFC refrigerants (R32, R410A, R134a, R1234yf) are sold to persons holding a valid F-gas qualification. You must provide a certificate number at Stripe Checkout. You confirm you are entitled to take delivery and to use the gas in accordance with UK F-gas law. We may refuse or cancel an order if the certificate cannot be verified.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with checkout. Content is for the Frostline collection only. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted; we will honour confirmed orders in line with UK consumer and product-safety law.

Cancellation and faults

Distance-selling cancellation and our extra returns window are on the returns page. Faulty or misdescribed goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms removes those statutory rights.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
